Further Photos from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic US Legislators

Property layouts for the financier's personal tropical island among the released materials.

Additionally featured in this recent document disclosure seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had created development schemes to transform the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.

Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and includes a notes section detailing different areas of the estate.

In addition to the main plan are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including designs for marina coverings.

Additional materials made public as part of the current congressional process.
